Ryan has spent the summer working away at his 57 Humphrey Home. This is the place he used to live at with all his college buddies. Well now they have transformed this home into an adorable craftsman style home. It has the originial Redwood siding around most of the home, original floors, doors etc. But it really is like a new home now. Check out this slide show to see how it looks. Happy Birthday Phillip!!! Oct 1 is THE day that changed my life forever in the best way ever!!! Phillip was off to Mexico last week in his new Toyotoa truck. He has a favorite place down in Baja that he travels to with friends. At the end of the month he will be moving to Orange County and working from here. I know he will miss Santa Barbara and the Summerland views, but he this is just for short time he says. Try something new. Rachel is in Boston and getting into the Graduate student life on the East Coast. She is studying very hard!! And Ryan is finally finished with the Summer remodel project of the Humphrey House.
