Merry Christmas Everyone!
"Glory to God in the HIghest and Peace to all"
May you experience Blessing from above as we celebrate the birth of Christ, the Savior. As we celebrate this season we have been particularily encouraged in our hearts to remember to give from our heart. We give because he first gave to us His only son. What shall I give to the King for all that he has done for me? I will take the gift of salvation and call upon the Name of the Lord" . Remembering Christ our gift from God and in turn, giving form ourselves is the most precious gift I can gtive.

Thanksgiving 2006

Happy Thanksgiving to all! We are so blessed to live in this country, to have family and friends who truelly care for each other bless each other. This year for Thanksgiving, we all traveled up to Napa to be with my sister's families and my Dad. Dad made a break out of the hospital for a short visit ( thank you Dr. Tom) with all of us to share a Thanksgiving meal together. Uncle Rene and Phyllis were able to join us with Cindy, Steve and Laurie. The whole Caldwell Clan was down from Sacramento/ Elk Grove area. Rachel flew in on red eye from Boston for the occasion. We enjoyed a Turkey Trot football game on Thursday with a neighborhood of friends up north. Most importantly we had the opportunity to reflect in prayer with my Dad our thankfulness for our many blessings and memories as a family together. We praise the Lord in Thankisgiving for his bountilul blessings for us.

Ryan has spent the summer working away at his 57 Humphrey Home. This is the place he used to live at with all his college buddies. Well now they have transformed this home into an adorable craftsman style home. It has the originial Redwood siding around most of the home, original floors, doors etc. But it really is like a new home now. Check out this slide show to see how it looks. It is for sale, so we hope it sells soon. Slide show

Rachel is now going to school in Boston at the Boston University sitting on the St. Charles River. She is in the Master Degree program for International Studies. We had a little farewell for her before she and Phillip left for the East Coast. 2 weeks latter she was back for Jessica's wedding ( Her high school friend). If you are on the east coast be sure and visit Boston. It really is a beautiful city with so much history. The number one "must" tour is walking the Freedom Trail. If walking isn't your style, you can take a guided "DUck" tour on old WWII amphibious boats.
